Retail Space Renovations Before & After

Lululemon Pop Up Storefront

When a business closes its doors there is an opportunity created for up-and-coming businesses to lease empty spaces. The girl’s clothing store, Justice closed all locations, and the one in The Avenue Peachtree City was vacated. The shopping center owner, our client, hired us to get the space ready for the new tenant. A Lululemon Pop Up Shop would be leasing the space. We had experience with this retail model in their East Cobb pop up shop as we did those tenant improvements as well. The long list of renovation items included removing slat wall from walls, drywall repair and painting, dressing room partition repairs, testing of heating and air units as well as electrical.

If your commercial property space needs to be remodeled to the white box state or if it needs interior finishes to get the space ready for your new business, give 90 Degree Construvtion Inc. a call for a free estimate.

This same type of work is typically requested by shopping center owners when they need a space to be transformed back into a “white box”. The vanilla shell appearance aids in their leasing process as it removes all signs of the previous retail/restaurant tenant.
